This video presents the beauty of the Big Island on the east side referred to as East Hawaii. Shot in all districts in East Hawaii climate ranges from desert to rain forest, elevation from sea level to 4000 feet, rainfall from a few inches a year to average 120 inches per year.

Walk Up Mauna Loa, Hawaii
Shot by David Elias on hike to the summit cabin on the rim of Moku'aweoweo of the active volcano Mauna Loa on the Big Island of Hawai'i at 13,250 feet. Daybreak shots from Mauna Loa summit cabin location. This is no easy walk.
So, how big is Mauna Loa? It is approximately 375 times the size of Mount Hood, and has quite a bit more rock than either the entire Cascade or Sierra Nevada mountain ranges, or to fill the Grand Canyon 18 times!
Music "Poor Polly" is performed by David Elias & The CasualTees (quartet) and is available as a DSD Download on the "Slipper DSD Sessions" release. It is not folk that's for sure. Here's how the musing muse bouzouki playing and singing Beth Patterson from New Orleans described it:
"Wow! Just...wow. It's like Pink Floyd set out hitchhiking across Death Valley, camped out in a haunted house, then kicked the shit out of its ghosts."
Reflections for Meditation
This video is an example of how just sitting in one place and becoming aware of the surroundings at both huge macro levels as well as tiny detailed levels, yet without moving is a healthy experience.
The music is from "Half An Hour Away" release, an opening tuning instrumental called "High Desert Roll".
